I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for my appointments.Įxtremely professional and wonderful group. The office staff is friendly and easily deal with my VSP insurance. McManus is very pleasant to deal with and very thorough. No one from the office ever called me to reschedule or again, to even apologize.ĭr. I ended up leaving and not even seeing the doctor. I can understand offices run late, but it would have been nice (and professional) if someone had come up to me and acknowledged me or even said, "Im sorry but the doctor is running late". The last appointment I had I waited for 40 minutes in the waiting room and not one person from the staff said anything to me. The last few appointments I had I always had to wait at least a half hour after my scheduled time to see the doctor. Went to this office for at least 15 years. Id highly recommend this business and theyve got a fine selection of glasses at reasonable prices. Ive been wearing glasses for 57 years so Ive had more than a few exams. I knew he had seen it and it was a relief to be with someone with a sense of humor. Within seconds of entering the exam room and saying "Hello, Im Dr. I insert my wifes name, but in the "Relationship" box, I always put: She Who Must Be Obeyed It usually asks for an Emergency Contact person. I try to always test the professionals I deal with and do it on the New Patient form. The staff was super and I was examined by Dr. I asked to be put on the stand-by list in case someone cancelled an appointment.īOOM, two days later I get a call and got in. When I first called for an appointment, they were so busy they said it would be a month. I went here the first time a few days ago. If you can go anywhere else, please do it!!!!!! They will charge your insurance give you garbage and take your money and run with it and you will be out of a pair of glasses or whatever treatment you needed. I did and called back explaining that nothing was better and they refused again to take responsibility. They then told me try the glasses for a few weeks to see if my eyes would adjust. So when did they fix them if they were in a box at the office and I supposedly had them to begin with? They refused to take any responsibility and sent me back to the eye doctor who gave me the prescription and my eyes were fine. They were supposed to fix them for me and notify me within a week and 2 weeks later I call them and they tell me I already picked my glasses up! Then I got that straightened out only to put the glasses on to have the same problem and the insisted they fixed them even though they thought I had them. Turns out they put the lenses in the wrong sides, the left in the right and so on. I got a pair of glasses here and have double vision with them and splitting headaches. This office has never made us feel less than.ĭO NOT GO HERE. most places dont accept it and I can tell you the places that do tend to treat you like crap because you children receive healthcare assistance. They also take care of my children who have healthy kids/Medicaid. Thank you so very much for taking such good care of me. I could not take it but it was very nice of them to reach out and offer it. Also would like to add I received a call that an earlier apt opened up that day. We as the customer think its ok to change our apt, cancel, and no show with no regard to the business and what is costs them or messes with their schedule or day. And hey guess what those types of things happen in life. SO I was very appreciative of them making the suggestion to me because my appointment needed to be rescheduled. For people who work long hours like me it is very hard to schedule appointments. They even offered me the extended hour visit I did not know was even an option. The girls at the desk were very friendly and courteous and personable.

I was having a hard time learning how to put my contacts in and they didnt make me feel like I was a burden. I had a late night apt for contacts and even though it took a long time they never show signs or frustration with me. Nothing is ever perfect but this office is kind and sweet and takes care of you. I would just like to say most people only write things when it is bad and never bother to write things when it is good or regular or as to be expected.
